We are celebrating 4 years of Bantus Capoeira this Sunday 18th May with a road trip and potluck picnic to the Chemang Waterfall in Bentong Pahang. Let us know what you are bringing by emailing myself or rafa - or better yet post it up on the signup form at the academy.
